All under Required Skills as well as, Advanced Jobs:
Overhead painting, using a professional sprayer & drywall repair. Touch-up Painting, at a second story level. An extension ladder will be provided. (Don’t let this more advanced area keep you from applying for the regular job. I will be happy to work with one or more students to get all jobs done.)

10-20+ (higher limit probably during the summer, when student will probably have more time)

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Basic repairs and chores (such as solving problems and running errands to pick up supplies). Lawn care, Cleaning and Painting may be involved..
