Produce wood forms and Styrofoam block outs for concrete production using a wide variety of machinery;
Read shop/engineering drawings and construct forms per those specifications;
Move and assemble forms at pouring sites;
Maintain good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor;
Other duties may be assigned as needed
