Job Description: We are seeking two skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, repairing and replacing commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

• Ability to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Ability to replace and startup of multiple types of HVAC equipment.
• Effectively communicate issues and solutions with customers.
• Communicate with service and sales teams any pertinent customer information found during service visits.
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner during and after normal business hours.
• Professionally and thoroughly complete work orders, timecard, mechanical tasking, and job-related processes.
• Perform duties and responsibilities in challenging conditions such as extreme weather.
• Recognize and alert management of any unsafe, hazardous conditions.
• Contribute and participate in team meetings and training.
• Ability to utilize service operations technology while in the field.

• 5 years minimum experience required in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Current HVAC license and EPA license.
