Pay Range: $30–$40/hour blended (base + 10–15% commission) + performance bonuses

Total Compensation Potential: $75,000–$150,000+ per year

Location: Lexington, KY (must live within 45 minutes)

Mr. Electric of Central Kentucky is looking for motivated, licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our growing Field Operations team. • Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues
• Propose complete solutions to ensure safety and compliance
• Perform installs and repairs: lighting, switches, panels, circuit wiring, EV chargers, etc.
• Prepare estimates in Service Titan and present to customers professionally
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work vehicles and tools
• Uphold Mr. Electric’s values: respect, integrity, customer focus, and fun
• Contribute to a collaborative, performance‑driven team culture

• Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• 3+ years of residential electrical work
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first approach
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in crawlspaces/attics
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM (preferred)
• Must own basic hand tools
• Able to pass background check and drug test
• Must live within 45 minutes of Lexington, KY

• Paid Time Off:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

40–42 hours/week, no nights or on‑call

Optional Saturday work available (1 Saturday/month)

Lexington, KY and surrounding Central Kentucky areas (Onsite field operations with daily travel to customer homes)
