Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues
• Propose complete solutions to ensure safety and compliance
• Perform installs and repairs: lighting, switches, panels, circuit wiring, EV chargers, etc.
• Prepare estimates in Service Titan and present to customers professionally
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work vehicles and tools
• Uphold Mr. Electric's values: respect, integrity, customer focus, and fun
• Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• 3+ years of residential electrical work
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in crawlspaces/attics
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM (preferred)
• Must own basic hand tools
• Able to pass background check and drug test
• Must live within 45 minutes of Lexington, KY

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 40-42 hours/week, no nights or on-call
• Optional Saturday work available (1 Saturday/month)

• Lexington, KY and surrounding Central Kentucky areas
• (Onsite field operations with daily travel to customer homes)
