Essential Functions

* Denham-Blythe is seeking a carpenter with experience in industrial and commercial carpentry work.

* Performs various types of demo.

* Builds forms, walls and foundation structures for pouring concrete in a variety of applications.

* Installs the concrete formwork foundations in the early stages of a building or other construction project.

* Works with materials such as metals, wood, plastic, hardware, fiberglass, or drywall.

* Utilizes the correct tools to achieve the necessary results.

* Works safely on ladders, scaffold and lifts at various heights.

* Builds temporary stairs, railings, ramps or other means of egress and safety measures.

* Erects scaffolding in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

* Performs framing, primarily with wood and occasionally with metal studs

* Performs labor duties on occasion.

* Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen and Background Check

* Must have reliable transportation
