We are currently seeking Construction Technicians – Laborers with valid CDL licenses to join our team in Lexington, KY. The role involves installing cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) on municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehabilitation and repair projects, requiring minimal supervision while adhering closely to instructions.

We offer a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new CDL holders, with reduced bonuses for non‑CDL hires. The starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Repair various types of sewer lines using specialized products and processes
• Ensure pull‑in tube is properly prepared for installation by examining D‑Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable
• Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate equipment
• Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, lay‑flat, boiler hose, etc.
• Learn and train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
• Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor‑trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
• Perform set up and clean up tasks at job sites and shop

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred
• OSHA certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL and meet Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required)
• Ability to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
