Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer to provide specialized, flexible security coverage across Lexington, KY.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, you will adapt to daily missions ranging from customer service, patrols, or surveillance, responding with agility and precision to ensure safety and compliance.

• Site location:
  Lexington, KY area
• Open availability and comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competitive hourly wage of $15–$17.50 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of high‑school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred
• State security license if required
