Paul Miller Motor Company is currently seeking a full-time Overnight Security Officer to become an integral part of our Lexington, KY team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risk to facilities and persons.
Essential Functions- Patrol and secure assigned premises
- Recognize probable threats and mitigate risk to principle and property by on-site presence. Report only.
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, first responder or other related fields
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must possess a current KY driver's license and current insurance
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check including a criminal background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Security: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work days are Saturday and Sunday.
- Weekends required
- Holidays required
- Night shift
- 12 hour shift (8 pm. to 8 am.)
- Overnight shift
