Key Account Executive (Hybrid)
As a Key Account Executive, you will focus on obtaining larger or multi‑location accounts and partnering with local sales representatives to further develop those accounts.
Compensation & Benefits- 1st year compensation plans range from $65,000‑$105,000
- Compensation includes commissions on sales (0‑12% based on product, amount, and price sold)
- Mileage and expense reimbursement
- Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k), and a deferred compensation plan
- Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory and with the local sales team to understand business needs and identify opportunities. - Cold Calling & Prospecting:
Effectively cold call potential large customers to grow a book of business. - Planning & Priority Setting:
Plan the week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth. - Market Knowledge:
Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show their value and quality. - Achieve Sales Goals:
Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven sales programs and processes learned in training workshops. - Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report back to customers on cost savings when supporting and servicing them in the field.
- Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area while holding required insurance coverage minimums.
- Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibit(s), provided for review prior to execution.
- Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
