Overview
Hydrotech - Isaacs is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow industrial distribution sales within an assigned territory. If you enjoy solving problems, building long-term customer partnerships, and representing high-value technical products, this role gives you the autonomy and support to excel.

What You’ll Do- Proactively pursue and secure meetings with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and match them with fluid power products and services
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and value-based solutions
- Overcome competitive objections and position our offerings effectively
- Develop accurate quotes and proposals with support from internal teams
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer value and company profitability
- Build strong, trust-based customer relationships and maintain regular communication
- Create account plans, track opportunities, and maintain CRM records
- Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with internal departments
- Report on sales activity, market intelligence, and new business opportunities
- 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience
- Technical or mechanical aptitude (fluid power experience a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and sell value-based solutions
- Solid organizational, time-management, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently in the field, at home, or in the office
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for customer needs
- Work from office, home, or customer sites
- Personal vehicle required for customer visits (mileage reimbursed per company policy)
- Company-provided laptop, phone, and necessary safety gear
