Headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina, Vanta is expanding and actively seeking high-performing sales professionals to join our team. We’re looking for individuals who not only excel in their craft, but who also live our core values every day, ethics, service, and a genuine passion for helping providers achieve better outcomes, one patient at a time.
Job Duties- The Field Sales Representatives will call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products:
Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others. - Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.
- Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals. Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
- Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing preferred, High School diploma required.
- 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.
- Strong long-term relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
- Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of sales success.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear goals and strong support.
- Work ethic geared towards immediate impact/success.
- Must be self-motivated, yet open to coaching.
- Adept at building and fostering accounts.
- Must have a high attention to detail.
- Be motivated to tackle daily tasks as well as achieving short- and long-term goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Possess and embrace a “Patient First” mentality and approach to our services.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures is paramount.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. Plus, uncapped quarterly bonus. First year on target earnings: $130,000-$150,000 (uncapped). Second year on target earnings: $150,000+ (uncapped). The company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, car allowance, cell phone stipend, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), a 401(K) plan and company match, as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
