We are seeking motivated independent agent sales representatives in Lexington, KY to connect with customers and offer voluntary benefits that provide employees with financial protection during life’s unexpected events. As a sales representative, you will have the unique opportunity to focus on what you do best, the ability to decide on role specialization to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Finding new prospects for business and getting commitments to establish new clients
- Embracing technology and utilizing third-party enrollment systems for successful enrollments
- Growing their knowledge of the coverage offered to clients to help guide potential customers to make informed decisions about protecting their families
- Results-driven, self-motivated team players with a commitment to excellence and customer service
- Competitive leaders with previous sales experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Life and Health license required (we can provide information on how to earn it)
As a Sales Representative, you have the potential to earn commissions based on sales results, including renewal income and bonuses.
