Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative for an in‑person role in our Lexington, KY office. In this position, you will make outreach to a large network of automotive dealers to help them learn more about our solutions. Outreach is done in an omnichannel approach, utilizing calls, emails, and social media.

You will be supported by a team of co‑op experts that provide regular 1:1 and group coaching sessions. You will also receive regular education about program changes and other important updates within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting daily call volume goals
  • Scheduling qualified appointments
  • Learning and communicating value propositions effectively
  • Researching prospects and identifying target accounts
  • Supporting marketing campaigns with lead follow‑up
  • Event follow‑up
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort making outbound calls and talking to new people regularly
  • Basic familiarity with Hub Spot and dialers
