• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
• Self-motivated and dedicated to exceptional customer service
• Ability to effectively connect with customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs

• Previous sales or insurance experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience in customer relationship management

• Salary $40,000 - $60,000 per year (including commission and bonus potential)
• $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (alternative range)
