We are seeking a high‑performing leader to manage a team of Neuroscience Sales Representatives, drive strong sales performance, and embody the vision of Intra‑Cellular Therapies to improve lives of patients with neuropsychiatric and neurologic disorders.

- Recruit, select, train, and develop a high‑performance team of Neuroscience Sales Representatives.
- Ensure representatives meet or exceed product and brand strategy training targets, share best practices with internal stakeholders.
- Set ambitious performance and productivity objectives aligned with business goals.
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and developmental support to enhance scientific and disease‑state expertise.
- Lead strategic analysis of geography, uncover growth opportunities, and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and support development.
- Monitor regional data, update business plans and tactics, and maximize effectiveness of resources including sales calls, samples, and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with functional areas to identify and respond to local opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain local business plans with Regional Sales Director to achieve KPI goals and sales objectives.
- Complete all required company and job‑related training within established timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, with CNS launch experience highly preferred.
- 2+ years of field sales management experience.
- Strong self‑motivation, decision‑making judgment, and collaboration skills; resilient and adaptable.
- Ability to translate vision and strategy into localized business plans and execute them.
- Experience interacting with KOLs, organized customers, and managed‑care organizations.
- Effective communication, presentation, and decision‑making skills; ability to motivate the team.
- Deep understanding of customer segments, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in neuroscience.
- Strong business analytics skills to assess progress against objectives.
- Manage all aspects of required administrative work.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.
- Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Estimated base pay range: $130,000 – $205,000 per year (salary may vary based on experience and performance).
