This role is not for the faint of heart—expect early mornings, late nights, and the discipline required to make hundreds of cold calls every single day. WhatYou’ll Do
- Prospect hundreds of cold & warm inbound leads on a daily basis.
- Learn and master sales techniques to uncover client needs and present funding solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Work alongside experienced brokers, learning from the best in the industry.
- Grow into a Senior Broker role with significantly higher earning potential.
We believe in investing heavily in our people. That’s why we provide a 15-week structured training program designed to turn entry-level recruits into top-producing brokers.
$600 base salary per week + commissions
Top 10% earn $1,200+ per week during training
$700 base salary per week + commissions Top 10% earn $2,500+ per week
Senior Broker (average 4–8 months to achieve):$865 base salary per week + commissions Top 10% earn $5,000+ per week
