Role Description
This is an on-site internship role as a Salesperson, based in Lexington, KY. The role involves building relationships with potential and existing customers, promoting Clear Defense Pest Control services, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include conducting client consultations, identifying customer needs, and recommending effective pest control solutions. The intern will also support sales campaigns and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivation and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn about pest control services and solutions
- Proficiency in time management and teamwork
- High school diploma or current college enrollment (sales or business-related fields preferred)
- Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
