Northwestern Mutual – Lexington is hiring a Financial Advisor to join a fast-growing, high-performing advisor team. This team is currently ranked as one of the best at Northwestern Mutual. This is a rare opportunity to enter the financial services industry with no experience required. you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with an elite advisor team who will provide you with all the mentorship and support you’ll need to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospects and referrals
- Aggressively build your network and personal brand in the community
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients
- Identify financial needs and connect prospects with planning solutions
- Collaborate with a senior advisor team to convert leads into long-term clients
- Participate in Northwestern Mutual’s award-winning training program to become a licensed Financial Representative
Who You Are
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, business, or customer-facing roles
- Type A, self-motivated, and wired to compete and win
- Charismatic, confident communicator who thrives on phone outreach
- Well-connected or highly active in the Lexington community
- Highly coachable, ambitious, and resilient
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
