Responsibilities- Conduct in‑home sales appointments following a pre‑set schedule.
- Lead clients through an interactive, one‑call close sales process.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
- Maintain a rotating monthly schedule: weeks 1‑2 require availability Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑7 PM; weeks 3‑4 require availability Tuesday‑Friday 9 AM‑7 PM and Saturdays 9 AM‑2 PM.
- Ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment.
- Competitive drive to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Valid Michigan sales license required.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but recent graduates and customer‑facing roles are welcomed.
- Valid smartphone or mobile device for secure system access.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission earning up to $200k+*
