• Conduct in‑home sales appointments following a pre‑set schedule.
• Lead clients through an interactive, one‑call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Maintain a rotating monthly schedule: weeks 1‑2 require availability Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑7 PM; weeks 3‑4 require availability Tuesday‑Friday 9 AM‑7 PM and Saturdays 9 AM‑2 PM.

• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment.
• Competitive drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Valid Michigan sales license required.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but recent graduates and customer‑facing roles are welcomed.
• Valid smartphone or mobile device for secure system access.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission earning up to $200k+*
