About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through our store to actively sell our products and provide them with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the rest of the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
ADay in the Life
- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
- Engage and converse with customers to provide excellent service.
- Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.
- Promote and sell our products effectively.
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories in accordance with visual & commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services & tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
- Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Share relevant information with customers using your product & fashion knowledge.
- Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
- Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, and training courses relevant for your role and future development.
- Passionate about fashion and everything we create in‑store.

- Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

- Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
