Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more.

Position: Seasonal Ambassador
Hours: 0-39 hours/week
Contract: Contract Role
Responsibilities- Sales and Customer
Experience:
Driving sales using Store Force dashboard results, seeking feedback, and exceeding sales goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store’s overall sales. - Customer
Experience:
Consistently deliver a world-class experience. Connect with customers, identify needs by listening and asking open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and aim to leave customers happier than when they arrived. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to drive traffic and inspire others.
- Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge with ongoing learning to confidently recommend products for diverse customer needs.
- Development: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Foster open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, promote teamwork, and value each employee's contributions.
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present. Participate in teamwork and stay updated with company news.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
- Stock and Inventory: Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales to improve the customer experience.
- Policies and Procedures: Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with consultation-based customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Pay: Summit at Fritz Farm Pay: $14.50 USD
