Barista

Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

• Set up and maintain food stations, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet safety standards
• Assist in the preparation of food items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food station and surrounding areas
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

• Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
