Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill, Lexington, KY.

We are looking for a leader to oversee daily operations of both front of house and back of house, ensuring guest experience, standards, and staff development.

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations to maintain appearance, presentation, and service standards.
• Schedule, recruit, interview, and hire staff to meet staffing levels and brand expectations.
• Support and grow hourly team members through coaching and career development.
• Enforce security, safety and sanitation protocols; ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle guest feedback, build loyalty, and maintain service excellence.
• Maintain full menu knowledge and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities for the restaurant.

• One (1) year prior restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21.

• One (1) year experience in full-service (including bar) restaurant management.
• Food safety certification.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned region.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
