We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.

• Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1000.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
