Physical Requirements:Pushing and lifting up to 50 lbs, working outside with horses.
Shift:M-F, with possible weekend hours but will be coordinated with PI
Expected # of Hours Per Week:40
Job Summary:The Department of Veterinary Science in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a STEPS Research Assistant.
Responsibilities can include:- Aging horse care
- Routine farm duties – pasture management, etc.
- Assistance in the lab
- Assist with care of animals currently on research projects
Prior experience with horses preferred.
