Role Overview
Metro Title, LLC is seeking escrow talent to help grow our footprint in the greater Central KY real estate market. As an escrow officer, you’re the human link between our process and people. You’ll review contracts, ensure paperwork is completed efficiently and accurately, work with agents and clients to keep the process moving forward, verify titles, taxes, and loans, and assure that no funds or property change hands until all terms have been carried to completion.

: understand the intricacies of the contract from beginning to end, ensuring it is closed in a timely, efficient, and error‑free manner. - Detail oriented
: verify all paperwork is complete so that escrow closes on time and correctly, including reviewing title commitments and raising title issues for clearance. - Follow the money
: work with lenders and underwriters to ensure that all the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed to fund and complete transactions. - Relationship building
: establish and maintain relationships with essential industry players—agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies—to manage transactions smoothly. - Business builder
: reach out to new agents, earn their confidence and trust, and create opportunities to market our business; retain agents by providing them with white‑glove service. - Talent builder
: train escrow assistants, delegate, audit work, answer questions, and give direction to open opportunities for advancement. - Seal the deal
: be present at closing and create a positive, memorable experience for agents and buyers.
- Two to three years of escrow experience, both front‑ and back‑end.
- Notary public and escrow officer license required.
- Technical knowledge of the closing process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep all parties up to date and resolve issues.
- Ability to be mobile and meet clients for closings at various locations.
- One year of escrow closing experience.
- An existing client base that will follow them to our company.
