Position SummaryThe CMT is responsible for administering medications and providing direct resident care in accordance with state regulations, physician orders, and facility policies. This role works closely with nursing staff to ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication delivery while promoting resident comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
Administer medications as ordered by the physician and delegated by licensed nursing staff
Accurately document medication administration and treatments
Monitor residents for medication side effects or adverse reactions
Report changes in resident condition to the nurse immediately
Assist with direct care needs as required
Maintain medication carts, storage, and documentation in compliance with Kentucky regulations
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Active Kentucky CMT certification required
Current listing in good standing on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
