Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Make a Difference in a Level 1 Trauma Center

Are you a highly skilled CRNA looking to elevate your career while providing vital anesthesia care at a renowned Level 1 Trauma Center? We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our dynamic team beginning May 18, 2026. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and an engaging work environment committed to excellence and patient safety.

In this role, you will support a multidisciplinary team including anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents, primarily covering orthopedic, trauma, vascular, and neuro surgeries (excluding cardiac and obstetrics). Under the medical direction of anesthesiology staff, you'll deliver anesthesia services across all age groups, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The position requires working 4x10-hour shifts per week, with schedule flexibility to consider 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts;

preference for 4x10 days but open to other arrangements. Candidates must be available to work every week and possess a minimum of one year of applicable experience.

Key responsibilities include performing intubations, line placements (central and arterial lines), and managing anesthesia per protocol. Strong skills in airway management, vascular access, and familiarity with the EPIC EMR system are essential. Travel and licensing reimbursements are provided, and certification renewal is supported.

Required Skills:

NBCRNA Board Certification

Valid state license for Kentucky (Willing to license)

Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia practice experience

Proficiency in intubation, line placement, and arterial access

Ability to work independently within a team-based environment

EMR proficiency, preferably EPIC

Nice to Have

Skills:

Additional certifications in advanced airway management or vascular access

Experience in trauma or neuro anesthesia

Prior work in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program

Certification maintained via NBCRNA

At least 1 year of recent anesthesia clinical experience in acute care settings

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to work NORA shifts

Credentialing process targeting 90 days

Availability to work full-time, 4 days per week, day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

All providers receive holiday pay at 1.5x the regular rate on specified holidays

Hourly pay rate of $226.20, with potential for top-tier compensation
