About the Position
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Join our dynamic team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional anesthesia care at a leading Level 1 Trauma Center. This full-time opportunity offers a unique environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes across diverse medical specialties including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (excluding Cardiac). Be part of a collaborative team supporting staff such as Anesthesia Techs, Anesthesiologists, and Residents, with a focus on education and high-quality patient care.
With flexible scheduling options—preferably 4x10s—and a consistent work schedule of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, you will have the stability and support to excel in your profession while maintaining work-life balance.
Key responsibilities include providing anesthesia care for a varied patient population spanning all ages (excluding Neonatal), alongside performing intubation, central line insertions, arterial lines, and other line placements as needed. The role requires a minimum of one year of recent anesthesia experience, NBCRNA board certification, and a valid Kentucky state license (licensing assistance available). This position involves working under medical direction in a cooperative environment, with an emphasis on safety and adherence to best practices.
Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to work NORA shifts.
Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred. All providers must be willing to work scheduled holidays, with compensation at 1.5x the regular rate on designated days.
