No experience required. - Required License/Registration/Certification: Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) – Kentucky Licensure
- Physical Requirements: Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.
- Shift: Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00AM – 5:00PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed.

The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs the duties they are trained in, such as starting IVs, performing simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN of any changes or abnormalities in the patient’s condition.
