Overview

Job Summary and Responsibilities: This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients  well-being and recovery.

• Provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Acquire knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Perform assessment and analyze patient problems using critical thinking to determine the need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
• Implement and/or modify plan of care using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including nursing care coordination, patient and family education, and discharge planning. Facilitate interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
• Integrate ethical provisions in nursing practice and deliver care that preserves patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of desired patient outcomes.

• Diploma of Nursing (Graduate of an accredited school of nursing) upon hire
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire
• Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 12 months

Pay Range: $30.00 - $43.50 /hour
