Schedule:

Full-Time; 7a-5:30p or 7a-7:30p (1/2-hour lunch) ; MUST be available 4 weeks/month

Work Details:

• Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity) CRNAs are medically directed, typically 2-1, or 3-1. The Attending usually has a Resident in the other room, so their primary focus is on that room, and on teaching.

Depends, 1-9/daily

• Patient population/age:
All age spans (no Neonatal)

• Department description: CRNA would cover the following:
Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)

• EMR: EPIC preferred

• All providers will be required to work NORA

Skills required:

Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.

Practice Setting:

• Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)

Requirements:

• Board Certification: NBCRNA

• State license required:
Yes, State of KY open to licensing

• Minimum experience required: 1 yr experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
