Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated High-Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner to join our specialized breast health team. This role involves providing advanced nursing care, coordinating complex treatment plans, and supporting patients with high-risk breast conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and risk evaluations.
• Develop personalized care plans with multidisciplinary teams, following current guidelines.
• Educate patients on genetic testing, screening, lifestyle changes, and preventive strategies.

Qualifications include a valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with oncology certification, and experience in high-risk breast care. Proficiency with Epic and familiarity with genetic counseling and risk assessment tools are required. Critical care experience and strong communication skills are highly desirable.

This is an in-person position focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and advanced technology.
