Registered Nurse - Resource​/Float Pool - Intermittent

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurses at all levels to join our Resource Float Pool team. This intermittent position requires the individual to work 2 (8-hour) shifts per pay period. The selected candidates will be responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care.

Perform comprehensive assessments, plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes based on age‑specific components. Coordinate care focused on patient education, self‑management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of Administer medications and perform procedures per established policies and guidelines. Influence care outcomes by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Execute position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and innovative approaches to complex client care.
