May include standing more than 5 hours at a time, walking several miles per day, reaching items above shoulder level, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
ShiftPrimarily Monday‑Friday with occasional evenings and weekends depending on departmental needs.
Job SummaryThe Nurse Navigator will work with patients and the clinical care team to help navigate their way to timely and quality care, and to assist in overcoming any barriers to care. This includes, but is not limited to, connecting patients to resources and information, providing education and emotional support, and coordinating team communications. The Nurse Navigator will assist the patient from initial diagnosis through diagnostic நண்புத்தே testing, treatment, and follow‑up or end‑of‑life care.
CompensationStarting pay for this position has recently been adjusted with the minimum annual rate set at $62,400. All pay rates will be based on the candidate’s experience.
Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of electronic health records for inpatient/outpatient. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications is encouraged.
