TITLE:Community Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator (PT)
LOCATION:
Bourbon, Nicholas, and Clark Counties
PAY: $16.00-$17.00/hr
Typical Hours Expected for Work: 20-24 hours per week
POSITION SUMMARY:The Community Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for implementing and assessing comprehensive year-round recruitment and membership support strategies that increase girl and volunteer membership and enhance retention. Develop community partnerships and volunteer involvement while providing a consistent image of the Council’s commitment to Girl Scouts and the community ponsible for volunteer recruitment, member identification, growth, and maintenance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in membership development, recruitment, and/or retention preferred.
