Brand Content Specialist – Recruiting Consultant at LHH | A beautiful working world
Location: Lexington, KY, onsite
Salary Range: $51,000 – $70,000 DOE
About the RoleOur client, a leading consumer brand, is looking for a Brand Content Specialist to bring marketing strategies to life through compelling content and flawless execution. In this role, you’ll manage creative development and advertising assets from concept through delivery, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, legally compliant, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities- Lead content creation from agency briefing through production, approvals, and final delivery.
- Align messaging across all consumer touchpoints—paid, owned, and retail.
- Manage timelines, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate legal and claims review for advertising content and awards.
- Monitor competitive advertising activity and recommend optimizations.
- Support reporting, quarterly business reviews, and budget planning.
- 3+ years in advertising, marketing, or communications.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel about once per month for agency meetings and shoots.
