The Store Associate participates in the daily operation of the store including sales Darm redeem?;

• Support the sales efforts by selling products and providing customer service daily
• Stock shelves, clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and rotate all incoming stock
• Utilize RF scanner and other methods to log incoming materials and products
• Ensure Releases?

• Possess a High School diploma or a comparable certification (e.g., GED); some college or degree preferred
• Ability to retrieve products from shelves, warehouse and flooriquant; lift and carry up to 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to operate company equipment
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Solid basic math aptitude
• Previous experience using RF scanners, and an ERP system is preferred
• Ability to use material handling equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures, and actively embody our core values in every interaction and responsibility. (Include in all JD’s)

• Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 75lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop and climb repetitiously throughout the day

The work environment is moderately quiet to moderately noisy. Temperature is moderated by heat in the winter and air conditioning or air circulation methods in the summer.
