What you’ll be doing…

As
Head of Department Manager
, you will provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management for your department, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and alignment with wider business goals. You will oversee performance, drive innovation, and foster a positive and productive working environment.

Lead and manage the department's operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of service

Set objectives and KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement

Support and mentor team members, ensuring professional development and engagement

Collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive service across the organisation

Manage departmental budgets, resources, and reporting

Develop and implement department‑specific strategies aligned with overall company objectives

Handle escalations, resolve issues, and support decision‑making at a senior level

Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration

Working pattern: Mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

Strong leadership experience in managing a department or business unit
