• Get ready for the next level of leadership (Store Manager, assistant to the General Manager) by actively pursuing personal and professional growth and development
• Lead your team to educate customers on how to select the right car washes, memberships, and wash books
• Lead your team to safely and properly guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Lead your team to be cleanliness champions; ensure the car wash, tunnel, back room, vacuum lot, and the entire property are guest-ready at all times

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• A burning desire to serve others and ensure every customer gets an exceptional experience
• A team player who thrives on collaboration to achieve awesome results
• An eagerness to tackle new and exciting challenges every single day
• The ability to handle business in an outdoor, all-weather, and rapidly changing environment
• Flexibility in your schedule, including early evening and weekend availability

• No late nights! Hours of Operation: 7:30 am - 8 pm
• LEARN AND EARN:
  Start at $15.00 per hour and GROW up to $17.00 per hour within 60-90 days as you develop and thrive with us!
