Overview
Position Summary The Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Accounts (MUO) is an enterprise-facing leadership role responsible for advancing Eventus Whole Health’s strategy, relationships, and growth with Multi-Unit Operators (MUOs), enterprise partners, and aligned organizations. This role operates independently but cross-functionally, serving as the senior day-to-day steward of enterprise accounts and initiatives while coordinating execution across Sales, Clinical Operations, Finance, Marketing, and executive leadership.
QualificationsEducation, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred advanced degree).
- 10+ years in enterprise healthcare strategy, corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, or complex account leadership.
- Experience with value-based care, ISNPs, ACOs, or multi-unit healthcare organizations.
Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.).
- Strong strategic judgment and execution discipline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Job Duties /Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day steward of MUO and enterprise growth priorities aligned to corporate strategy
- Identify enterprise expansion, integration, and pull-through opportunities
- Act as senior executive contact for assigned MUOs and enterprise partners
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives
- Advance enterprise initiatives involving ISNPs, ACOs, REITs, and strategic alliances
- Coordinate across Sales, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Marketing for enterprise accounts
- Ensure enterprise commitments translate into executable activation and expansion plans
- Support development of repeatable enterprise engagement and account models
- Other related duties as assigned
- Adherence to Laws, Rules, Regulations, Standards, Guidelines, Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures pertaining to the job.
- Remain informed of any changes to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures that impact the job and the company.
- Promptly report any non-compliant conduct and/or practices to Eventus Whole Health’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
- Ensure adherence to Eventus Whole Health's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
- Perform the job duties with integrity and professionalism.
- Promptly report any unethical conduct and/or practices to Eventus Whole Health’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
- Strictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures.
- Promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties.
- Ensure that all Eventus Whole Health information, data, documentation, and records are always safeguarded and maintained confidentially.
- Participate in all assigned training.
- Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.
- Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus Whole Health’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks.
- Promptly report any incidents to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
