Experience in building maintenance, equipment maintenance, general maintenance.
Physical Requirements: Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and over 50lbs;
Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs;
Repetitive motion. May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or weather/temperature extremes while on a job-site(s) or traveling to/from various job sites.
Shift:
- 7:30am – 4:15pm
- 3:30pm – 12:15am
- 11:30pm – 7:45am
Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors and may include some nights, weekends, and holiday(s) response.

About the Role:
- Plumbing fixtures and minor HVAC systems (AHUs, reheats, coils, thermostats, valves)
- Mechanical and architectural components (locksets, door hardware)
- Wastewater piping systems—cutting, soldering, and threading various pipe types
- Minor fire alarm, nurse call, and medical gas system issues
- Electrical motors, pump systems, minor ice machine and steam system problems
- Minor roofing and automatic door concerns
