• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs.

• Collect and dispose of litter and report any grounds maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• String trim around utility boxes in open lots.
• Operate equipment to maintain landscaping such as mower, weed eater, etc.
• Other grounds maintenance duties as assigned.

• Ability to drive, use a string trimmer.
