• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and cleaning.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems to determine the best course of action.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with property management teams and external vendors as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Follow company standard operating procedures.
• Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and stay within property budgets.

• 3 years minimum experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of basic maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (applications/software) and techniques.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for on-call and emergency maintenance duties as needed.
