CompensationPart-Time Bird Removal Technicians (BRTs) typically earn between $1,000 – $2,200 per month. This role offers uncapped earning potential, which means your income can grow beyond this range depending on location, individual productivity, and seasonal demand.

Responsibilities- Walk through customer facilities to identify bird activity and potential problems.
- Work closely with customers to understand their unique concerns and tailor effective solutions.
- Resourcefully and adaptively tackle diverse bird-related issues to effectively address customer needs.
- Share knowledge of bird behavior and prevention techniques to empower customers to maintain bird-free spaces.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Insured and reliable vehicle.
- Driving record free from moving violations.
- Mobile smartphone.
- Lives within 50 miles of Lexington, KY.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.
- Work exposed to outdoor elements.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and use scissor lifts.
- Ability to see up close and at a distance.
- Ability to travel long distances to customers' facilities, using personal vehicles.
