Supply Chain Manager

LHH is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead full end‑to‑end supply chain operations for our client. This onsite role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who excels in optimizing processes, developing people, and driving organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor management, and global shipping.
• Supervise a team of direct reports, providing coaching, performance management, and daily support to ensure department success.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing waste, improving cost efficiency, and ensuring product availability.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with internal teams on forecasting, production planning, and operational alignment.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Use advanced Excel and reporting tools to compile data, analyze trends, and support informed decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading supply chain or logistics teams.
• Strong background in international shipping and global logistics operations.
• Proficiency in supply‑chain‑related systems (such as WMS, TMS, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data, solve operational challenges, and drive measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑building skills.
• Open to travel
