General Liability Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm in Lexington is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient litigator who is comfortable managing cases from intake through resolution.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5-10 years of litigation experience
• Strong background in general liability defense, with an emphasis on:
  • Auto liability
  • Slip-and-fall / premises liability
  • Workers' compensation defense
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and hearings
• Licensed to practice in Kentucky (or eligible for admission)
