- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather client information and summarize case details
- Clearly explain the firm’s process, next steps, and expectations to prospective clients
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and outside partners as needed
- Respond to client questions and route legal-specific issues to the appropriate team member
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all client information
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and organization throughout the intake process
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in client intake, customer service, or administrative support (legal environment preferred but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
