Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for an Associate with 1-3 years of litigation experience for our Lexington or Louisville, KY office. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation. Consideration is also given to candidates with experience in commercial litigation and/or financial services.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills and academic achievement. The role will provide client-facing responsibilities, court experience, case management ownership, and opportunity to advance in a dynamic law firm.

A license to practice in Kentucky and familiarity with the Kentucky state and federal court system is required.
